More than 34 years combined experience

Grant and Mark formed Complete Solar and Renewables after working together on other projects and being friends for years.  They employ a highly skilled team of installers whose work is carried out to the highest standard.

Grant has been in the industry since he left school starting as an electrical apprentice and has spent the last 17 years perfecting his trade and gathering a wealth of knowledge in the renewable sector. Mark has a worked in the construction industry for the same period of time.  This combination of skills, knowledge, and leadership makes for an unbeatable partnership.

The office in Bexhill is managed by Nicola and her team. Their aim is customer satisfaction, and they will strive to answer any questions you have about their products, services, and aftercare.  You are welcome to call in to the office for a coffee and chat about your project.

Grant Cullen
Director

Grant has been in the industry from the day he left school, working his way up from being an apprentice to becoming the director of 2 electrical companies. He has a vast experience on all projects imaginable from installing electrics on airports, waste recycling plants, offices, churches, restaurants, swimming pools and large and small scare domestic premises. Knowing that green energy is the future he decided to start researching a number of years ago before taking the leap and opening Complete Solar & Renewables.
Mark Rawlings
Director

Mark has a wealth of experience gained from working in the construction industry and has been keen to push greener living wherever possible. He has a broad range of knowledge when it comes to property, which is applicable when designing customers bespoke systems and answering their questions. Having been friends for many years, he and Grant set up Complete Solar & Renewables Ltd to offer a personalised service to customers and help promote more sustainable living.
Sam Mozumdar
Engineer / Installer

Sam has been in the electrical industry for the last 6 years. His experience spans domestic and commercial solar and heat pump installations. He also specialises in manufacturing controls. Sam’s hobbies include solar development, electronics, and CB radio. Sam has been with the company since we opened our doors in 2022.
Richard Pilbeam
Engineer / Installer

Rich has 17 years electrical and engineering experience, working from houses to super yachts. Installing and testing new equipment, running teams, and expanding businesses. Rich has previously worked in the marine and domestic sectors, and his interests are motorcycles, boats and rock climbing.
Daniel Powel
Apprentice

Dan started with us at the beginning of 2023 and has proved himself to be an asset to the installation team. Dan is working towards getting fully qualified as an electrician and has had a keen interest in solar and renewable energy so has chosen to specialise in this field.
Kyan Davies
Apprentice

Kyan is a recent graduate from East Sussex College. After two years studying he gained the skills and level 3 qualification to pursue his passion in renewable energy.  He is currently training under one of the qualified electricians as an apprentice to develop his skills and experience.  Kyan enjoys keeping fit, spending time with his friends, walking his three dogs, and paddle boarding.
Nicola Miller
Office Manager

Nicola manages our office in Little Common. Nicola’s career in management has ranged from retail banking to running regional tendered projects focused on energy advice/energy efficiency.
Louise Rollison
Administrator

Louise has worked in our Little Common office since September 2022 and is responsible for administration within the office. She produces the Solar Quotes, invoices and Handover paperwork.
Gemma James
Administrator

Gemma works in our office and has had a varied career always focusing on compliance. Gemma has a passion for customer service with previous roles including hospitality management and retail. Gemma’s interests include reading and running.
Joe Thompson
Surveyor

Joe joined the team in 2023. He has worked in retail for most of his career and has a real passion for great customer service. His hobbies and interests include gaming, jiu jitsu and exercise.
